  • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is a Zscaler cloud service that allows seamless, zero-trust access to private applications running on public clouds or in data centers.
  • Instead of extending the network to users, the service allows apps to connect to them via an inside-out connection.
Users install the Zscaler Client Connector on their devices and then use SAML 2.0-based SSO credentials to log into an application. When a user requests access to an internal application, the Zscaler Client Connector employs geo-location technology to find the nearest ZPA Public Service Edge or ZPA Private Service Edge.
Zscaler is a cloud-based service that does not record data while you surf. It provides security and inspects internet traffic if you are connected to a corporate network.
