Overview of Primavera P6 Training
The Primavera P6 course is designed to teach you how to properly plan, schedule, and manage complex projects in a number of different areas. You will learn how to create detailed schedules, develop the work breakdown structure (WBS) for a given project(s), assign duties and responsibilities for tasks, and set up the activities for dependent relationships and milestones using different tools such as Gantt charts and Network Diagrams.
