- Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Reviews, Unit testing and enhancement
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
- Strong experience on Mainframe Assembler (TPF) and DFSMS
- Working experience of TPF DF and IBM Toolkit/Debugger
- Experience on debugging and enhancing applications TPF
- Mainframe data manipulation, report creation, file creation, to/from TPF
- Experience on Rational Database (DB2)
- Development of JCL, PROC’s DB2 Stored Procedures
- Experience utilizing Unix/ Linux is plus
- Good communication skills
