Job Description:
- Workday Technical or Techno-Functional Resource
- Experience working on HCM products like Kronos and Workday
- Must have worked on Kronos as well in the past
- Technical knowledge on Workday and integrations involved with Workday
- Needs knowledge in Reports, Calculated Fields, Performance tuning and Security
- Should have worked in Workday Studio and it will be better if resource is certified
- EIB and Core Connector Integration knowledge is very important as all new request are handled through this type of integrations
- Any Workday integration related certification is good
- XML and XSLT knowledge is must
- For Kronos Interface “Workforce Central” and Technical knowledge on how to build and maintain Integration in Kronos is expected
- WIM Basic Interface Programming” and “WIM Advanced Interface Programming” certified resource is expected for Kronos support
Required Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹7,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 /year
Experience:
- Landing Pages: 1 year (Preferred)
- HCM Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
HR Technology experience with Workday reporting and EIB loads
