- Technical Experience : A 6 years of experience in coredomain HR in recruitment process Good written and verbal communication team player process orientated b Hands on experience on configuration of candidate status set Recruiting Data Models XMLs recruiting settings career sites agency setup and reporting areas c Job Profile Builder integration experience Knowledge of configuring rules in Recruiting d Lead business requirement gathering workshops with client OR client facing role in a support project
