A Integration with external third party vendors like background verification agency assessment job posting aggregators etc b Knowledge of key resources to stay up to date SAP Jam Group SAP Support Portal HCM Cloud ops partner portal etc c end to end implementations or support projects of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module d Strong skill of documentation in the form of configuration workbook test scripts training manuals etc
EXPERIENCE :
A 6 years of experience in core domain HR in recruitment process Good written and verbal communication team player process orientated b Hands on experience on configuration of candidate status set Recruiting Data Models XMLs recruiting settings career sites agency setup and reporting areas c Job Profile Builder integration experience Knowledge of configuring rules in Recruiting d Lead business requirement gathering workshops with client OR client facing role in a support project
